Sierra Club calls Rand Paul an Extremist

Neo-socialist, environmental wacko group the Sierra Club has called Rand Paul, Senate candidate from Kentucky, an extremist. That’s the pot calling the kettle black – Sierra Club are the extremists. The Sierra Club is opposed to virtually every type of energy (with the exception of wind and solar perhaps) – coal and oil are dirty, hydroelectric dams destroy water sanctuaries and nuclear – don’t even get them started. Oh, they also want to slow/stop population growth and some members support aspects of the Nazi-esque Eugenics movement – real winners. Cathy Duvall, Sierra Club’s political director says, “We are working to get the word out that we can’t let these extremists run our government.” I guess Ms. Duvall and the Sierra Club would be more comfortable with some “moderate” like them in charge – perhaps Hitler.

The Sierra Club calling a candidate an extremist is a conservative badge of honor and is further proof (as if we needed any) that Paul is the man for the job. When are these socialist organizations going to learn that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice?

Rand Paul is extreme, but, “I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice! And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue!”

I’ll take so-called extremists like Mister Rand Paul over Cathy Duvall and her ilk anyday. We the people must prevail over the true extremists in our Republic, and alot of them belong to the Sierra Club.
